Fresh spinach combined with chick peas make this tasty dip.

 2 ½ cups Spinach
 1 ¾ cups Chickpeas
 1 tbsp Minced garlic
 1 tsp olive oil

Cook spinach, garlic, and oil until spinach is tender but still green about 3 minutes.

Blend chickpeas in a blender or food processor until creamy.

Add spinach mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
