Cover the pan so it does not splutter on you<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Once Spluttering has stopped, Add Red Chilli and Urid Dal together.<\/p>\n<p>If you are using Green Chilli, first add Urid Dal. Let it go brown a little and then add the green chilli<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add Cabbage and close with lid so it cooks. After the 5 min and 10 min mark, Stir<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Once the Cabbage has been cooking for 15 min, It should be half cooked. Add carrot and salt. Keep Stirring every 5 min<\/p>\n<p>Do Not Cover<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>It should be cooked in 15 min. However keep an eye on it so it is not too soft. Once cooked, there should not be any moisture left<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Garnish with Dessicated coconut and curry leaves<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Enjoy.
