Season with salt and pepper and cook over Low heat until the onion is soft. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add spinach and cook for about 2 minutes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Divide the cooked vegetables into the 2 ramekins. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin and place a tablespoon of cream and cheese over the eggs. Sprinkle chilli if desired<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake (rotating pan halfway through baking) until whites are set and yolks are runny.
