Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it. After you hear the cracking sound of mustard seeds, then add finely chopped ginger, garlic and onions to it. Now add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, chicken masala powder and salt. Mix for few more minutes until the chicken is cooked well.
