600 g Chicken Breast, Diced
Dry Ingredients
3 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
1.50 tsp Cooking Salt
1.50 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Black Ground Pepper
0.50 tsp Besan (Chick Pea) Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Wet Ingredients
1 Egg
2 tbsp Yoghurt
1.50 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Misc
100 ml Cooking Oil
1 Take a bowl and add in all the dry ingredients and mix so it is evenly mixed
2 Add in the wet ingredients and stir until you see a thickish orange paste
3 Add in the chicken and stir it into the paste so that all the chicken pieces are well coated with the marinade
4 Leave to marinate. Minimum 2 hours. However marinating overnight would provide best results
5 Once marinated, add oil into a frying pan
6 Once oil is hot, then fry the chicken in batches until cooked
7 Remove excess oil through a paper towel and serve 🙂
