 4 Sanitarium Weet-Bixcrushed
 ½ cup wholemeal self-raising flourIf you don't have self-raising, add 1 tsp of baking powder to plain flour.
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ½ cup desiccated coconut
 ¼ cup sugar
 ¼ cup honey
 100 g margarine or butter
 1 tbsp cocoa powder(optional)

Combine Weet-Bix, flour, oats and coconut (and cocoa powder if desired) in a large bowl.

Place sugar, honey, and oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until everything is combined.

Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Roll into balls and press onto a lined baking tray.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until golden.
