 50 g Button MushroomsCan use mushrooms if your choice
 30 g Baby Corn
 80 g Cherry Tomatoes
 100 g Broccolini
 100 g Tesco Durum Wheat PastaCooked
 0.50 cup Vegetable StockAdd dash of white wine if preferred
 1 dash Salt and Peppet To taste

1) Cook the pasta noodles according to packet directions - 8- 10 minutes and reserve some pasta water. Remember to add 1 tsp salt to the water for boiling pasta.

Cut the vegetables into bite-size potions

Blanch the broccolini in boiling water with 1 tsp salt for 2 minutes until tender

Dice 3 small
Cloves of garlic and fry them with 3 tsps of olive oil

Add vegetables in following order - mushrooms / baby corn / cherry tomatoes / broccolini and stir fry for 3 minutes

Add 1/2 cup vegetable stock. Add salt to taste.

Add 3 tbsps white wine (optional)

Season with herbs like basil or mixed herbs and black pepper
